CHINESE FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

· 1 kiwi

· 1 apple

· 1 blueberries

· 1 orange

· 6 strawberries

· 1 cup pineapple

· ½ cup mint leaves

· 1 teaspoon vinegar

· 1 tablespoon oil

· ½ teaspoon black pepper

· ½ teaspoon salt

· 2 tablespoon

lemon juice

Method

In a bowl, finely chop and add kiwi, apple, blueberries, orange, strawberries and one cup pineapples together. Include ½ cup mint leaves, one teaspoon vinegar, one tablespoon oil, ½ teaspoon black pepper, two tablespoon lemon juice and ½ teaspoon salt and toss it in the air to mix properly. Chinese Fruit Salad is ready.
