Lahori Mutton Karahi

Ingredients

· 1 kg Mutton

· ½ kg chopped tomatoes

· 1 Onion sliced

· 1-½ teaspoon salt

· 1-½ teaspoon crushed red chili

· 1 teaspoon red chili powder

· 2 cups water

· ½ cup garlic water

· 1 cup yogurt

· Coriander leaves

· Chopped 3 green chilies

· 2 tablespoon ginger garlic

· Butter 230g

· 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

· ½ teaspoon all spice powder

· 1 tablespoon Crushed coriander

Method

Put water in pressure cooker, add mutton, tomatoes, onion, salt, crushed red chili and red chili powder and cook for 20 minutes. Now take out meat in wok, put yogurt and butter and fry it. When oil separates, put black pepper, crushed coriander, green chilies and coriander leaves. Steaming hot Lahori mutton karahi is ready to eat.
