You do not need to attach any certificates with your resume but if you do get called in for an interview, take the certificates along in a file.

Wear something that you are comfortable in. If a suit makes you comfortable and makes you feel confident, then wear a suit to your interview. It does not matter what level job interview it is, but how presentably you are dressed is of utmost importance along with your knowledge of the company and your confidence.

Something that you love being good at! Career is something you will be doing for the rest of your life so find something that you like and enjoy at the same time so that you don’t get bored doing it in the long run.

Yes! Put all your skills down on your resume so that the company you want to get hired by knows exactly what you have learnt earlier and how can you benefit the company.

When you are making a resume, it is important to mention your academic achievements so it is advised to add your grades. But if you don’t want to, then you should always carry your transcripts and certificates along for the interview.
