Pistachio Coconut Pudding

Ingredients

· 5 slices bread

· 3 cups milk

· 4 eggs

· 2 tablespoon golden syrup

· ¾ cup sugar

· ½ cup canned coconut cream

· 4 tablespoon chopped pistachio

· 1 cup butter

· 2 tablespoon flour mixed with ¼ cup water

· ½ tsp coconut essence

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C, grease a square pyrex dish. Then beat eggs, golden syrup, sugar, butter, bread, milk, coconut cream, flour blend all these ingredients in the blender for one minute. Add in essence and pistachio and pour into Pyrex dish. Bake for 45 minutes till golden and set, serve it hot or cold.
