Double Mango Pudding

Ingredients

· 1l fresh milk

· 4-5 almonds

· 3 tablespoon corn flour

· 2 packs fresh cream

· 2 packs strawberry jelly powder

· 1 cup sugar

· 2 lemon

· 1 sponge cake

· 1 cup hot milk

Method

Pour milk and one cup sugar in a pan and allow it to cook. Now mix three tablespoon corn flour in cold milk and mix it in the pan. Stir it with a wooden spoon till the mixture is thick. Peel and slice mangoes length wise. Separately beat two packets of cream and make two packets of strawberry jelly. When everything is ready, take a serving dish and pour in some custard. Give a layer of three-four slices of sponge cake and pour hot milk and one lemon juice over it to make it moist. Add in mango slices in the dish. Now give a layer of jelly cubes, custard, milk, lemon juice and jelly. Garnish it with cream, mango and jelly. Serve it chilled.
