Caramel Pudding

Ingredients

· 1 tin condensed milk

· 6 eggs

· 2 tin water

· 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

· Yellow colour few drops

· ½ cup sugar

Method

Melt half cup sugar in a saucepan till light golden and remove. Pour in a jelly mold and leave it to set. Put condensed milk in a bowl then add water and mix. Beat five eggs well and add to the milk mixture with vanilla and yellow colour and save the mixture. Pour over the set caramel and bake in a preheated oven on a water bath for 45 minutes. Remove, let it cool in the fridge overnight, overturn and serve.
