Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients

· 1 tablespoon sugar

· Salt to taste

· ½ tablespoon Chinese salt

· 1 tablespoon white pepper powder

· 1 pinch red food colour

· 200g chicken boneless

· 50g cabbage

· 50g carrot

· 1 cup tomato ketchup

· 1 tablespoon lemon juice

· ½ cup corn flour

· 3 eggs

· 2 tablespoons chicken powder

· 2-3 tablespoons chili sauce

· 100g prawns

Method

Boil two cups of water. Now add chicken powder and mix well, then add chili sauce, spices, sugar, chicken and prawns and cook for 15-20 minutes. Now add ketchup and vegetables and cook for 10 minutes. Beat eggs and add in the soup, stirring slowly and continuously. Now mix corn flour in a little water, avoiding lump formation, also add food colour in it and slowly mix in the soup. Add lemon juice in the end and cook for 10 minutes and serve.
