Recently released Pakistani movie Talaash, was graced with the opportunity to screen at the UN Headquarters in New York. The screening was arranged by the UN staff Recreation Pakistan Club in the chamber of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) on the occasion of 30th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Convention on the Right of the Child. The movie is based mainly on malnutrition and the impact it has including stunting in the development of children. Zeeshan Khan, the director of the movie was also there and thanked the UN-Pakistan Club for giving this opportunity to screen his film in front of international audience amidst the revival of Pakistani cinema. The movie gained a lot of praise from distinguished personalities who were there to attend the event.
