A balanced and healthy diet is the key to protect your heart from stroke and other heart diseases. Include fiber, protein, complex carbs, and good fats in your diet. Induce variety. Don’t stick to any fad diet to miraculously treat yourself.
Let’s be honest here, we all have cravings. Some have it so bad that they can’t just brush them away. So, follow the 80/20 rule. 80 per cent of your diet should be clean and 20 per cent of it should be foods that satisfy your cravings. This way you can stay away from binging on unhealthy food all the time.

Learn how to manage your stress and seek help if you need it. Because prolonged stress periods can adversely affect your heart.
Omega-3 fatty acids found in different foods have the ability to benefit your heart by reducing inflammation, blood pressure, and decreasing triglycerides in blood to avoid clotting. These guidelines will help you to avoid any kind of heart health issues even if you have a family history of heart diseases and your genetics leave you at risk. •
