Yaki Udon Stir-fry Noodles

Ingredients

· 1 pack udon noodles

· 1 kg prawns

· 1 cup diced carrot

· 1 cup cabbage

· 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

· 3 teaspoons soy sauce

· 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

· Salt and pepper

Method

Prepare the toppings by cutting the vegetables and prawns. To cook the udon noodles, add them to boiling water for three minutes in a saucepan. No need to stir them or to put some oil in the saucepan beforehand, they will separate by themselves. Drain them and rinse well with cold water. Add a little oil to a frying pan and start to cook the vegetables and prawns. Make sure that all the ingredients have been mixed well for a few minutes. You can now add the udon, and then the soy sauce to your pan. Continue to mix everything together so all the ingredients are well combined. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and serve.
