Roasted Chicken and Mushroom Ramen Bowl

Ingredients

· 4 boneless chicken pieces

· 2 tablespoon brown sugar

· 2 tablespoon soy sauce

· 2 cup chicken broth

· 1 piece ginger

· 1 pack ramen noodles

· 1 cup spinach

· 1 cup mushrooms

· 1 tablespoon sesame oil

· Sliced green onions

Method

Preheat broiler, with oven rack placed six inches from heat. Toss chicken pieces with brown sugar and soy sauce; place on foil-lined baking sheet. Broil for 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. In the pot, heat chicken broth and ginger to a boil. Cook ramen noodles. During the last minutes, stir in spinach, mushrooms, and sesame oil. Cook for three minutes. Top it with chicken, sliced green onion and serve.
