For dough:

· 2 cups flour

· 2 tablespoons butter

· Oil for frying

· Salt to taste

For filling:

· 1 cup boiled gram lentil

· 1 tablespoon cumin seeds

· 5-6 red chilies

· Salt to taste


Mix two cups of flour, clarified butter and salt together in a mixing bowl. Take one cup boiled gram lentil, one tablespoon cumin seeds, whole red chilies and salt. Grind all the ingredients together. Now, make small balls of the dough and fill in the grinded lentil mixture. Leave it for some time, now roll them and keep aside. Take oil in the pan and fry them on a low flame. Serve hot with sauce.
