Chana Chaat

Ingredients

· 2 potatoes cut into cubes

· ½ cup garbanzo

· 1 teaspoon chaat masala

· 1 bunch chopped coriander

· 1 teaspoon cumin powder

· 2 chopped green chilies

· 1 teaspoon lemon juice

· ½ bunch chopped mint leaves

· 1 chopped onion

· 1 tablespoon red chili powder

· Salt to taste

· 2 tablespoons tamarind sauce

Method

Take a bowl and add potato cubes (boiled and cut into small cubes) and garbanzo beans (soaked overnight and boiled). Add onions, green chilies, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, tamarind sauce and mix until all the ingredients are combined well. Add in some freshly roasted cumin powder and mix well. Serve fresh or chilled.
