Suji Halwa

Ingredients

· 300g semolina

· Half cup milk

· 1 cup desi ghee

· 200g sugar

· 20g ground coconut

· 20g raisins

· 20g almonds

· 20g pistachio

· 20g cardamom

· 20g desi ghee

· Hot water as needed

Method

In a cooking pan, add desi ghee, semolina and cook it until it becomes fragrant. In another cooking pot, add how water, milk, sugar, ground coconut, raisins, almonds, pistachio, cardamom, desi ghee, cooked semolina and cook it for about two-three minutes. Your tasty suji halwa is ready to serve.
