Wheat Flour Halwa

Ingredients

· ½ cup wheat flour

· ½ cup powdered sugar

· ½ cup ghee

· 2 cups water

· ½ teaspoon rose water

· ½ cup mixed dry fruits

· 2 powdered green cardamom

Method

To begin with, take a medium bottom pan and start heating desi ghee in it. Add wheat flour and cardamom powder and roast it well. Keep roasting it for about 15 minutes or so. On the other hand, dissolve the powdered sugar in two cups of water. Then, pour this sugar water in the pan. Keep stirring the pan continuously. Let the water evaporate.

Once the water has evaporated, turn off the flame. Add some rose water onto it. Delicious wheat flour halwa is now ready! Top it well with dry fruits. Serve warm in bowls.
