Avenue 5

Avenue 5 is an upcoming American science fiction comedy television series created by Armando Iannucci that is set to premiere on HBO in 2020. Hugh Laurie, Suzy Nakamura and Rebecca Front will be playing the leads. It is a futuristic comedy about the crew of a luxury cruise liner but a minor mistake could kill everyone on board.


Kidding: Season 2

Showtime and the second season of Jim Carrey, Michel Gondry, and Dave Holstein‘s award-winning and critically-acclaimed series Kidding is returning in February. As Showtime looks to grow its programming block and use some of its “heavy-hitter” shows to plant flags on those new days and hours, Carrey’s return as Jeff Pickles is being much anticipated.


Barry: Season 3

HBO’s Barry was a hit in 2018 and recently wrapped its excellent second season, will live to see a third season. Starring Bill Hader as an assassin, who in the midst of an existential crisis, turns to acting. Barry is a tragicomic powerhouse, able to elicit laughs with zany characters like delivering gut-punches and unglamorous violence at a steady clip.


Bridgerton

The series Bridergton, is based on the beloved eight-book British familial saga written by Julia Quinn. It will feature Mary Poppins star Julie Andrews in a key role, and be available to stream sometime in 2020. A costume drama featuring a roster of characters with the entire splendor of the Crawleys and the Bennets, it is officially at the top of our watch list.
