· ½ cup semolina

· 1 cup wheat flour

· Sugar to taste

· 1 egg

· Water


Soak the wheat flour, semolina and sugar in water overnight for semi thick consistency. Then, add egg and whisk it well before frying. Take oil in a frying pan, allow it to heat, and now with the help of a ladle pour the batter in the frying pan in a circle shape. When it turns golden brown in colour, turn sides and cook well.
