Fried Fish

Ingredients
Marinating

· ½ kg fish fillets

· 1 teaspoon garlic paste

· Salt to taste

· 1 teaspoon red chili powder

· 1 tablespoon lemon juice

· 1 egg

· 1 tablespoon vinegar

Coating

· 1 cup bread crumbs

· Salt to taste

· 1 tablespoon chili flakes

· Oil

Method

In a bowl, add garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, egg, vinegar and whisk well. Now, add the fillets in the mixture and coat well. Cover and marinate it for 30 minutes. Combine breadcrumbs with salt, chili flakes and mix. Now, coat the marinated fish fillets in the crumbs. Heat oil in a wok and fry until golden brown. Take them out on a tissue paper so that the excess oil is soaked. Serve it with your favourite dip and enjoy!
