· 4 boiled potatoes

· 1 tablespoon red chili powder

· ½ teaspoon cumin seeds

· 2 tablespoons crushed coconut

· 4 green chilies

· 6-8 cloves garlic

· 1½ teaspoon salt

· 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp

· 4 tablespoons oil

· Curry leaves

· Fresh coriander


Grind crushed coconut, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, red chili powder and tamarind pulp into a fine paste. Then, heat oil in a pan. Put the grinded paste in it. Add a little water, salt and curry leaves. Cook the mixture till water dries. Add boiled potatoes and stir it well so that all the potatoes are coated with the paste. Then, cover and cook on a very low flame for about two minutes. Take out in a dish, garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy!
