Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

· ½ kg boneless chicken

· 1 bunch chopped coriander

· 2 bread slices

· 1 cup bread crumbs

· 2 green onions

· 2 egg whites

· 6 green chilies

· 1 teaspoon black pepper

· 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

· 1 tablespoon red chili powder

· 2 tablespoons white vinegar

· 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

· Oil for frying

· Salt to taste

Method

In ½ kg boneless chicken, add bread slices and white vinegar and mix it well. When the bread slices and chicken are mixed together, add in the green chilies, red chili powder, salt, chopped green coriander and tomato ketchup. Make cutlets from the mixture, dip them in egg white and then, roll them in bread crumbs. Shallow fry the cutlets in oil till they turn golden brown in colour. Serve hot with any dip or ketchup.
