Ingredients

· 3 cups milk

· ½ cup condensed milk

· 4tbsp 100% cocoa powder

· ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

· 1 shot of espresso, optional

Method

Heat milk on medium-low heat for about five minutes. Add condensed milk and stir for two to three minutes then add cocoa powder and keep on stirring. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Add them to the hot milk and stir non-stop to avoid from sticking to the pan, for about 10-12 minutes. When the hot cocoa is creamy enough, remove from heat and add in the espresso shot and stir briefly before serving. Some of the toppings you can try to make it tastier are marshmallows, whipped cream, drizzle of white chocolate for a tasty and interesting contrast, and cinnamon stick for stirring while you drink.
