Sagittarius: Gingered Sweet & Spicy Hot Wings

Ingredients

· 1 cup orange marmalade

· ½ cup cilantro

· ½ cup Sriracha chili sauce

· ½ cup soy sauce

· ¼ cup lime juice

· ¼ cup rice vinegar

· ¼ cup ketchup

· ¼ cup honey

· 4 garlic cloves

· 1 tablespoon gingerroot

· 1 tablespoon lime zest

· 1 tablespoon sesame oil

· 1 teaspoon salt

· 1 teaspoon pepper

· 1 kg chicken wings

Method

In a bowl, combine orange marmalade, cilantro, sauces, lime juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, honey, minced garlic cloves, gingerroot, lime zest, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Add chicken and turn it upside down to coat properly. Cover and refrigerate for eight hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 250°C. Drain chicken and discard the marinade mixture. Transfer chicken into baking pans. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear and serve.
