Fig (anjeer) Dry Fruit Bites

Ingredients

· 300g cashew nuts

· 200g figs

· 150g dates

Method

Take cashew nuts or any nuts of your choice and roast them on low heat. Chop them when cooled down and put them aside. Now, take figs and dates and chop them finely. In a pan, put ½ teaspoon of butter and add chopped dates and figs in it. Stir on medium heat till they turn soft cooked through. Add cashew nuts in it and mix them well. When cooked completely, put the mixture in a greased tray and flatten it. Allow them to cool and then, make bite sized small pieces and store them in an air tight jar.
