Arts Council of Pakistan is in process of staging the first ever festival of humour and laughter in a three-day event. ACP quickly turning into a community center for festivals divulges from literary festivities and caters to the city’s love for a good sense of humour starting 27 March to 29 March. The details so far read, “A chance not only to laugh heartily at other’s follies but also to laugh at ourselves and our mistakes.” Karachi has been warming up to the comedy culture with stand-ups becoming a thing of every weekend and an event at a large scale caters to the whole city and not just one geographical location.
