Southeast Asian cooking website, Nyonya Cooking, recently posted a recipe and the internet was appalled, some took it hilariously while others offensively. The match made in our dhabbas, chai paratha’s, one half was called the “Asian flat croissant” and Twitter got its opportunity to meme this travesty. Our favourite… a croissant called an European fluffy paratha! Although some laughs were sported good-heartedly, but in all honesty, it hit us in our comfort food.
