BTS drops new album about overcoming doubt and fears

World famous South Korean boy band BTS recently launched the fourth album of their seven year old career titled Map of the Soul: 7. The 20 track album, according to the band, explores the themes of doubt and fears and how they overcame it when they first entered the K-pop scene. “Sometimes we were uncertain, sometimes we were lost. Every time that happened, the shadows and fear inside us grew,” rapper Suga told the news conference aired via YouTube. “But it’s been seven years. I think we have grounded ourselves now, and we learned how to do that, the difficulties and wounds we face and fight them.” The album includes collaborations with Sia and Troye Sivan. The band has been in the forefront of the K-pop industry and also performed at the Grammy Awards last month.
