Cheese Cutlets

Ingredients

· 1 cup cooked chicken

· 1 cup mashed potatoes

· 1 cup whole steamed corn

· 1 cup spaghetti

· 1 cup cheese

Method

Mix well all the ingredients together and form small round cutlets. Dip them one by one in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Shallow fry in oil and put them on tissue paper for the excess oil to get absorbed into it. Serve with tamarind or coriander chutney.
