Thai Stir-Fry Beef

Ingredients

· 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

· 400 g beef strips

· 1 sliced red chili

· 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

· Handful of basil leaves

Method

Heat a wok until smoking hot. Pour in the oil and swirl around the pan and then, tip in the beef strips and chili. Cook, while stirring all the time, until the meat is lightly browned for about three minutes. Then, pour over the oyster sauce. Cook until heated through and the sauce coat the meat. Stir in the basil leaves and serve with plain rice.
