Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

• 500 g ground beef
• 2 soaked bread slices
• 2 onions
• 2 teaspoons garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons red chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon fenugreek
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Coriander leaves
• 4-5 green chilies
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add onions and cook until they turn transparent. Now add green chilies, fenugreek, cumin seeds, red chili flakes and salt in it. Cook for a few minutes on low flame. Remove from the heat. Now, add beef, a boiled potato and bread slices in a bowl. Then, add the prepared spices mix. Shape kebabs out of the mixture and fry on medium heat until tender and enjoy.
