Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1 kg boneless beef

• 2 onions

• 1 garlic bulb

• 8-10 dried red chilies

• 2 teaspoon coriander seeds

• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

• 8-9 cloves

• 2-3 black cardamom

• 3-4 cinnamon sticks

• 10-12 black peppercorns

• tab½ teaspoon salt

• 1 cup yogurt

• 3-4 tomatoes

• ½ cup oil

• 3-4 green chilies

• Sliced ginger

• Coriander leaves

Method

Place the skillet on medium heat; add beef, water and all the spices. Let it cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender and the water dries completely. Then, add ghee and cook until the oil separates. Add tomatoes and lower the heat. When the tomatoes are soft, add yogurt to it while mixing and cook on medium heat. Add ginger slices, green chilies and coriander leaves. Cover with the lid and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve with Naan or Chapati.
