If you've ever been to Disneyland, there's a good chance you've enjoyed the delicious treat that is a Dole Whip. Dole Whip is Disney's official frozen dessert which is only served at their theme parks and resorts – Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. It was first introduced in 1986 at the Enchanted Tiki Room in Adventureland in Disneyland, and has been loved ever since. But if you haven't had a chance to taste one, now is your time as Disney has released the recipe for the first time ever – and it's a lot easier to make than you might expect. The recipe is super simple to follow and you only need three ingredients - so you can't go wrong. To make your own version of the tasty classic, you'll need a big scoop of ice-cream, 120ml of pineapple juice and two cups of frozen pineapple. Then, all you need to do is throw all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy. The Dole Whip that is made in the Disney parks is non-dairy which means it's vegan. So, there is always the option to swap out the regular ice-cream for a non-dairy ice cream alternative.
