Classic Guacamole

Ingredients

· 4 ripe avocados

· 1 tablespoon lime juice

· 1 tablespoon onion

· 1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper

· ¼ teaspoon salt

Method

Prepare avocados. Halve them, remove the pits, and scoop the insides with the spoon. Take a bowl, add the avocados and mash them with a fork. You should make a slightly chunky mixture, not a puree. Now, blend in the remaining ingredients, lemon juice, onion, jalapeño, and salt. Check for the seasoning and add more salt and lemon juice if necessary.
