The Chronicles of Narnia series is coming to Netflix. The books will be turned into a TV show and movies over the next few years. The hit novel series published in the 1950’s ensues a fictional world of Narnia and has a total of seven books. There have been multiple adaptations of the novel series which includes movies, a BBC show and also a radio series. However, the most successful adaptation was released by Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media titled: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The movie series ensued a multi starrer cast including Liam Neeson, James McAvoy and Tilda Swinton. However, Netflix has signed a multi-year deal confirming the live action adaptation of the novel series.
