Crispy Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

· 4 whole wheat tortillas

· 1 tomato puree

· 1 cup mozzarella cheese

· 1 handful olives

· 1 white or red onion

· 1 chilli / jalapeño

· 4 tomatoes

· ½ bell pepper

· ½ cup basil

Method

Spread the tomato puree evenly all over each tortilla and then, lob on the basil. After that, slice the cheese into thin layers and add to the tortillas. Chop the veggies into small pieces then, place them evenly on tortillas. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C, don’t let the tortillas burn. Transfer the pizza to a serving tray. Serve immediately with chilli garlic ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
