Iced Coffee Sundae

Ingredients

· 1 shot of espresso

· 200 ml milk

· 3 scoops vanilla ice cream

· 2 ice cubes

· 1 brownie

Method

Pour the espresso or strong coffee (whichever you prefer) and full-fat milk into a blender. Add two scoops of ice cream, along with the ice cubes, and then blitz until it becomes the consistency of a smoothie. Pour straight away into a glass, top with the last scoop of ice cream and crumble over the brownie or cookie to finish, if you desire.
