I just recovered from coronavirus and I still feel very weak. What juices should I incorporate in my diet to build my strength and immunity post-corona?
Contrary to popular belief, fresh juices aren’t healthy. Incorporate complex carbs, raw fruits, vegetables, and lean sources of protein in your diet. And start exercising to build a strong immune system.
I’ve been told I need to improve my diet to control hairfall. Please advice what should I take and if I should take any supplements?
Add iron, zinc and amino acid rich foods in your diet. Increase your water intake too. Omega-3 rich foods are also a good choice; especially fish.
I am 28 and have become increasingly lazy during lockdown. My stamina is almost non-existent. I need some serious lifestyle change, what can I do while I am still at home?
Develop a sleep schedule, fix meal times, start eating healthy, workout 30 minutes at least and five days a week, drink two to three litres of water daily.
I have very poor eye sight which frightens me into giving up on driving. Other than seeing a doctor, are there any foods that should help in improving my eye sight?
Incorporate Vitamin A rich foods in your diet. Like Vitamin A fortified cereals, fish, eggs, green leafy vegetables.
My skin feels so dry despite my excessive water intake. What should I do?
Eat omega-3 rich foods. They help retain the moisture in your skin. They can serve to regulate the skin's oil production, improve balanced hydration, subdue breakouts and minimise signs of aging. Omega-3s can also help soften rough, dry skin and have a soothing effect on irritation and dermatitis. Wear a sunscreen too.
