Ahad Raza Mir’s production for ‘Hamlet’ postponed due to Covid-19

The coronavirus is changing the entertainment landscape around the world. It is disrupting entertainment events around the world, from the theatrical releases of major studio tentpoles to the launch of film festivals and TV conferences. However unfortunately, TV actor and theater performer, Ahad Raza Mir’s production for his adaption of Shakespeare’s Hamlet in collaboration with The Rose Theater has also been postponed in the wake of the coronavirus. Mir took to his social media to announce the postponement in a post that read, "To be or not to be.... Well, unfortunately not this year. The Rose Theatre and I have decided to postpone our production of Hamlet to next year. It’s too bad, but we'll all meet soon enough to experience the magic of Shakespeare together. Thank you to all my fans for your patience and love. See you at the theatre in 2021."
